4th FUERTEVENTURA JAZZ FESTIVAL

After the 2007 break, the jazz is filling up the Fuerteventura air again. It’s a great pleasure for ENESCENA Cultural Association to be able to bring you the new edition of the most important jazz event in the island: the 4th Fuerteventura Jazz Festival.

Two nights of jazz on-stage, as well as in the streets. Five accomplished bands sailing in the forever-new seas of jazz and two deejays not to interrupt the music for an instant, that mysterious vibration of the air that knows no frontiers. And as an homage to this, the sounds of New Orleans, Brazil, Eastern Europe and, of course, Canary Islands will melt together under the language of Jazz, the real Esperanto.

We are hoping with real thrill that this new edition of the FFAZZ will bring you to the Plaza Patricio Calero, the new location, in Corralejo, and that you enjoy with us the mastery of our guest.

25 years of jazz… La Vella Dixieland, is a unique case within the Spanish musical panorama. Funded in 1980, they join together as a group of friends to play their favourite music, classic jazz.

Groovaloo, formed in Barcelona in 2006, combines the blue colours of soul with the rhythms of boogaloo, second line and latin-jazz.
